Service Description

Meet our two fluffy and adorable Highland cow bottle calves, Phoebe and Heathcliff and take part in their daily bottle feeding. This is a one hour private farm experience for up to 4 people. Additional guests are $25 each up to a maximum of 8. After bottle feeding the calves the remainder of the visit includes access to our two visitor friendly small animal pastures. Guests are welcome to bring apples/carrots/celery, cut up or whole, to feed the other animals at the farm. FAQs: - We recommend children be 12 years or older to independently hold and feed a calf a bottle. Our bottles are 2.5 litres and the calves pull strongly while drinking and may "boop" guests with their head to ask for more milk. -Children must be closely supervised at all times. - Closed toe footwear is required. - Strollers are not recommended as some animals will likely climb on them and chew them. - Guests are required to fill out our on line waiver form before their visit. - This experience is only available for a limited time while Phoebe and Heathcliff are still bottle feeding.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Our Highland calf bottle-feeding experiences are private bookings, with each time slot reserved exclusively for your group. When you make a reservation, we set aside that time specifically for you and are unable to accept other bookings during your scheduled experience. As a small, family-run farm, cancellations directly impact our business. When a reserved experience is cancelled on short notice, we often cannot fill that time slot with another booking, resulting in lost revenue that we rely on to care for our animals and operate our farm. For this reason, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies: 7 days or more before your visit: Full refund. Rescheduling permitted, subject to availability. Less than 7 days before your visit: 50% refund. Rescheduling is not permitted. No-shows: No refund or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding that each reservation represents time and resources dedicated specifically to your visit. Thank you for supporting our small farm and the animals in our care.
